昨年DFA  (Design for Asia Awards 2017)でStudio Zen WallcoveringsのツールがBronze Award 銅賞致しました。
授賞式は昨年末、香港で開催されましたが、日程が合わず参加できませんでした。トロフィーが届いてからブログに書こうと思っていたので、ちょっと遅れてしまいました。

アジアデザイン賞（DFA）は、2003年に香港をアジアのデザイン拠点として位置づけるべく香港デザインセンターの主催によって開始された世界的なデザイン賞です。
文化的視点、継続性、伝統と技術、アジア社会への影響度の4つの観点で優れたデザインを評価する飛躍的な進化を続ける中国を含むアジア市場にフォーカスしたデザイン賞です。

Studio Zen Wallcoveringsは、ニューヨークにオープンした壁紙のショールームです。Made in Japanの製品を主に扱っており金箔の壁紙はメインの商品となります。日本をイメージさせる赤と白のロゴマークで、メインビジュアルも白無垢の女性の写真を使用しました。スペシャル封筒は日本の模様を表現しています。

We were awarded the Bronze Award by Studio Zen Wallcoverings’ tool at DFA Design for Asia Awards 2017.
Design For Asia Awards (DFA) is a global design award launched by the Hong Kong Design Center in 2003 to position Hong Kong as a design base in Asia.
It is a design award focusing on the Asian market including China that continues to evolve dramatically to evaluate excellent design from the four perspectives of cultural perspectives, continuity, tradition and technology, impact on Asian society.
The awards ceremony was in Hong Kong at the end of last year. Since we could not participate, it was late as I was thinking to upload it to my blog after my trophy arrived.This year’s entry has already begun.
Studio Zen Wallcoverings is a showroom of wallpaper opened in New York. They deal mainly with products made in Japan.
The gilt wallpaper will be the main item. With the red and white logo marks that imagine Japan, the main visual also used pictures of white female women. The special envelope expresses the pattern of Japan.
