Sugar, a carbohydrate, is an energy source, but excess intake can harm health, increasing diabetes and cardiovascular risks. Health promotion involves actions and policies to raise health awareness and encourage healthy behaviors and lifestyles. SDGs are 17 global goals, including eradicating poverty, ensuring food security, and promoting sustainable development by 2030, requiring collective efforts from governments, businesses, organizations, and individuals.
